As of the 28th of November we can now confirm that our Charitable Community Benefit Society has been registered with the FCA as registrar, and it is now a recognised incorporated legal entity. This is of the same level of power and entity as a Company but is a different legal form. Our registration number is:RS009659.

We are listed on the FCA’s public Mutuals Register here – Mutuals Public Register: Stalbridge Community Land Trust. This is the FCA’s equivalent to Companies House for Societies in legal form.
